| Canada Periodical Fund
In February 2009, the Federal government announced the creation of the Canada Periodical Fund. The Fund replaces its existing programs (Canada Magazine Fund and Publications Assistance Program) with the objective to achieve publishing success and deliver Canadian editorial content to readers. Magazines Canada has been extensively involved in DCH's strategic review, and members of the association from all over Canada have participated in many levels of dialogue with DCH.
